Order processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery takes 5-8 working days to addresses within the UK. Delivery is free on all orders.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey.

Customs and import charges

Some orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees when they arrive in the UK. Any such charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price of your order or your shipping cost.

Delays
